COMMENT     This protein was isolated originally from the cytoskeleton
            fractions from peas and developing corn endosperm (Abe S, Ito Y,
            Davies E. Isolation of a heparin sensitive, ribosome sedimenting
            factor from the cytoskeleton fraction from peas and corn: Plant
            Physiology and Biochemistry 38(4) 463-470 (1995)), and the cDNA
            codded for this protein was cloned in cDNA library from pea stem
            mRNA based upon N-terminal amino acid sequnces of the V8 fragment
            and the CNBr fragment of the protein (38 kDa in SDS-PAGE).  V8
            proteinase digestion of this protein yields only one large fragment
            (CDS 1 to probably the end) in SDS-PAGE.
            This protein strongly binds to heparin and ribosomes, and molecular
            weightin SDS PAGE is 42.5 kDa for pea RSP.
